porcelain, match, strike paper

2026

These porcelain figurines convey various relationships between women and men. They have been reimagined and altered from their original form by replacing the heads of the men with an unlit match. The severed neck is covered with striking paper, showing the real volatility of the relationship and the injustice felt by women.
