Renewed Strength is created with latex paint on canvas, which dries with some subtle dimension. The canvas is stretched on a pine frame, is signed by the artist on the back of the canvas, and was completed in 2018. The painting is part of a triptych, three paintings which have been created to create dialogue with one another when hung together. The Renewed Strength series can be purchased together or apart. They hang from two D-rings which have been secured on the back of each piece.

Hilary Gent is a painter who works with oil and latex mediums, inspired by the urban and natural landscape. Her paintings are inspired by the extensive color palettes from reflections of light, landscape and other objects in and on the water. Touch, sound and sight conjure a personal connection with landscape, which Gent translates into her paintings.
